John is a Division Head who works in the Real Estate and Transactional Services team in the firm.
Property
John is a real estate lawyer who practices in commercial, bulky goods and shopping centre retail leasing throughout Australia and New Zealand. He has assisted landlords and national tenants with real estate portfolio management advising on all forms of commercial leasing including retail, office, industrial, airports, hospitality, and fitness clubs.
Transactions
John’s experience includes negotiating on behalf of and advising listed companies, large corporate clients and enterprises in relation to commercial transactions, contractual agreements, due diligence, acquisitions, and disposals.
Publications
John is a retail industry legal commentator and has authored numerous articles on retail and commercial leasing which are published in the property industry magazine “Shopping Centre News”.
