Karl specialises in corporate and commercial advisory work, innovation commercialisation, capital raising and private equity, business structures, intellectual property and technology, new business start-ups and expansion, mergers and acquisitions and venture investments and franchising.
Professionally, Karl focuses primarily on advising and assisting dynamic, growing enterprises and entrepreneurs with their corporate, commercial, technology and intellectual property and capital related needs and goals. Karl also assists medium and larger enterprises with their corporate advisory needs, capital raising, commercial and strategic requirements.
As a director and co-founder of First Tuesday South East Queensland, Karl was part of the Australian operations of a global company providing a business to business market place and meeting place for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and investors. Karl also co-founded FT Ball Park, a spin off from First Tuesday aimed at delivering high quality investment opportunities in more mature, fast growth companies to private investors.
Karl is also a Co- Founder of AMPLIFi Governance, a National firm providing Corporate Governance related services to private and family owned businesses throughout Australia.
Karl serves on selected advisory boards and holds equity interests in selected companies with rapid growth aspirations.
